All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. If www.domingorodriguez.co.uk does not have enough stock to provide the items you have ordered, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Domingo Rodriguez is dedicated to fast service and will process your order within (one) business day. Orders will be shipped as fast as possible pending availability and credit verification. Transit times do not include Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays. Please note that orders placed with different billing and shipping details, as well as orders for international delivery, run the possibility of being delayed as we verify information pertaining to the order.
All payments will be accepted through PayPal.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied via your original method of payment.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
The customer will assume the risk of loss and title for the merchandise being returned, as well as any additional shipping costs, taxes, and duties. The goods must be returned via recorded delivery and the tracking number must be sent to Domingo Rodriguez immediately.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note that customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
If you decide to refuse any deliveries from Domingo Rodriguez or the parcel is undeliverable for any reason, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes, and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Domingo Rodriguez. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise return.
